I Heard the Doorbell Ring—Was That You?
Dear Visitor,
Today's Internet isn't the Internet of yore, and as such, membership is at the heart of the Allison Sometimes experience.
Just one post—What's in a Name?—is available to be enjoyed by all who find their way here. The rest wait in the parlor, just beyond the vestibule, because I believe that, when we're truly invested in something, a bit of inconvenience makes the experience better. I hope you're willing to invest in me.
You have your choice of three different membership tiers depending on the level of access and engagement you're interested in. But no matter which level you choose, your support is what makes sharing on Allison Sometimes possible.
Friend
Friends have access to Members Only free posts and limited-time access to previews of Members Only paid posts. The commitment is $0 (and an email address).
Fellow
Fellows have access to Members Only free and paid posts, the full archive, comments section, occasional posts featuring poetry, multimedia content (audio, photography, watercolor, collage, etc.), and snippets about what's stuck with me lately. The satisfaction of subsidizing the free posts and supporting an independent creator is also theirs for a commitment of $5 monthly or $55 annually.
Founder
Founders have access to everything in the Fellow tier in addition to a few extra perks. They receive early access to all posts on the site, an exclusive Founders-only post, "The Making of Allison Sometimes", and will receive advance notice about new developments and additional offerings going forward. The commitment is $15 monthly or $150 annually.
If you would like to support Allison Sometimes with a one-time tip, in lieu of or in addition to membership, you're invited to do so at the end of each post.
